Gehen die verbrieften Individualrechte sozusagen &#8222;\u00fcber alles&#8220;?<\/p>\n<p>Der Essener Bischof Franz-Josef Overbeck hat dazu ein klare Meinung: Es gehe nicht nur um sich selbst und um Individualrechte.
