Michael Benedetti, ich bin 57 Jahre alt, verheiratet und habe eine vollj\u00e4hrige Tochter. Seit dem 1. April 2022 bin ich in Ihrer Kirchengemeinde als Pfarrer im Rahmen eines Pastoralen Dienstes im \u00dcbergang (PD\u00dc) t\u00e4tig, da Ihr Presbyterium sich entschieden hat, einen solchen Dienst f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chste Zeit in Anspruch zu nehmen. Meine T\u00e4tigkeit bei Ihnen wird dabei l\u00e4ngstens bis zur Wiederbesetzung Ihrer freien Pfarrstelle andauern. In der Regel ist der Dienst im PD\u00dc zudem begrenzt auf zw\u00f6lf Monate, kann aber bei Bedarf auch auf h\u00f6chstens zwei Jahre verl\u00e4ngert werden.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend meiner Zeit in Ihrer Gemeinde \u00fcbernehme ich in Abstimmung mit Frau Pfarrerin Kuhn zum einen pastorale Aufgaben. Dabei handelt es sich vor allem um Gottesdienste, Amtshandlungen und Seelsorge. Zum anderen begleite ich die Gemeinde und das Presbyterium beratend in dieser Zeit des \u00dcbergangs bis zur Besetzung Ihrer vakanten Pfarrstelle. Meinen Wohnsitz werde ich nicht in Ihre Gemeinde verlegen, sondern ich werde von meiner Wohnung in D\u00fcsseldorf aus jeweils in Ihre Gemeinde und zu Ihnen kommen.<\/p>\n<p>Als \u201ePD\u00dcler\u201c darf ich mich auf Ihre vakante Pfarrstelle nicht bewerben, so dass ich mich unbefangen und frei von m\u00f6glichen eigenen Interessen ganz darauf konzentrieren kann, der Gemeinde im Prozess der Pfarrstellenausschreibung bis zur Pfarrstellenbesetzung und zudem etwa bei anstehenden Abstimmungen mit den Nachbargemeinden behilflich zu sein.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In Ihre Gemeinde bringe ich Erfahrungen aus dem Schuldienst wie aus der Gemeinde und dem PD\u00dc mit, sowie eine Ausbildung im Bereich Gemeindeberatung und Organisationsentwicklung.<\/p>\n<p>Ich habe Ihr Presbyterium und Frau Pfarrerin Kuhn bereits kennenlernen d\u00fcrfen.
